MOTOR EFFICIENCY OPTIMIZATION
Utilizing the proprietary MAPS (“Motor Assessment Precision Sizing”) technology, a real-time (non-simulated) determination of the exact compensatory requirements needed to optimize the Power Factor (PF) of Alternative Current (AC) inductive motors using customized Energy Conservation Reactive Energy (“ENCORE”) Generator installed closest to the load, in order to significantly reduce line impedance losses, electrical vibration and noise; and enhance motor power quality – all of which contribute to the optimum reduction in the demand-side electrical energy consumption of AC inductive motors.
CIRCUIT LINE ELECTRON STABILIZATION
The heart of the Electron Stabilizer Application is a U.S. patented semiconductor chip that utilizes specific wavelengths of infrared light to stabilize the vibration state of "spinning" electrons which form the electric current that actually reduces the heat-emitting and power-robbing collisions as electricity is delivered from the source (supply side) to the loads (demand side) ensuring a smoother, more efficient flow of current with less resistance along the path. With lesser electrical waste, businesses and homes can now save on their monthly electric bills, enjoy additional savings from appliance and equipment maintenance costs, enjoy added security from voltage instability, and from system harmonics protection.
VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION REGULATION
With the inevitable transmission of higher permissible amounts of voltage from the Utilities Transformer to the Main Electrical Panels in the Customer’s Facilities, which in reality is indeed in excess of what really is needed by all the loads inside said facilities, one important and innovative strategy to conserve power is to better regulate incoming amounts of voltage into the facilities to keep electrical current delivered at just the proper amount, and thus dramatically reduce (if not altogether eliminate) waste energy.

THERMAL INSULATION
OPTIMA Shield is a bright white water-based mastic radiation-control external roof coating, made with 100% superior acrylic elastomeric polymers, and containing strong rust inhibitors that reflects up to 90% of direct solar heat to ensure significant energy savings on heating and cooling costs, and savings on maintenance costs by increasing roof life. It is a very durable thermal defense material which has a design life of 12 to 15 years.
POWER QUALITY (PQ) REMEDIATION Designed over and above a mere strategy of delivering “clean” energy that meet the Electrical Industry Regulations and Code Standards, our integrated solutions approach involves the ability to maintain the quality of electrical power, the systems implementation design, the selection, and the installation of every hardware and software in the electrical energy system to ensure stable levels of a system-wide consistently optimized energy efficiency and productivity, brought about by and through remedial treatments of voltage distortions resulting from electrical current harmonics, flickers, voltage sags, transients and voltage surges.
